Terms of service
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Loov Company (proprietor: Krishna Kumar) ("Loov", "we") for the use of Loov Invoice on the web, mobile and desktop apps (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You must give a valid email address and keep access to it, because we use it to send login codes. You are responsible for everything done through your account and by team members you invite.
2. Plans and payment
- The Free plan includes up to 10 invoices per calendar month and the features listed on the pricing page.
- Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay. Prices are shown in your region's currency; Indian prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
- In India, Pro starts with a 15-day free trial. Elsewhere, the first month is charged at a reduced introductory price, after which the regular price applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.
3. Your data
You own the business data you enter (customers, products, invoices and so on). You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. You can export it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for meeting your own tax and legal obligations, including GST.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to try to access accounts or systems you are not authorised to use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Branding on documents
Documents created on the Free plan show a small "Powered by Loov" line. On paid plans you may replace it with your own text and link, which must not be misleading or infringe others' rights.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and back up data daily, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support. We may close accounts that break these terms. After closure we keep data only as long as the law requires.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Contact
