Loov Invoice is software delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery

Your account is available immediately after sign-up. When you subscribe to a paid plan, the plan's features are activated on your account within a few minutes of a successful payment, on every device where you are logged in.

Apps

The Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux apps are downloaded from the official app stores or from our download page.

Problems with activation

If your plan is not active within 1 hour of payment, email support with your payment reference and we will fix it within one business day.
