Cancellation & refund policy

Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.
Free trial and introductory month
In India the 15-day Pro trial is free; cancel before it ends and you will not be charged. Outside India, the introductory first-month payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel before the regular price starts.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: not refundable once the billing period has started.
- Yearly plans: you can request a full refund within 7 days of the first yearly payment. After that, yearly plans are not refundable.
- Charged by mistake or charged twice: contact us within 30 days and we will refund the extra charge in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.
