Delete your account

You can delete your Loov Invoice account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

• Open Loov Invoice on any device and log in.
• Go to Settings → Account & security → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

Email support@loovinvoice.in from your login email address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your login and profile. If you own the business, all of its invoices, customers, products, payments and team access are deleted too. Records we must keep by law, such as our own GST invoices for your subscription payments, are kept for the period the law requires. If you have a paid plan, cancel it first in Settings → Subscription.
